These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile apps, and services offered by Udaan Gateways Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). Additional service‑specific terms may apply and will be presented where relevant.

By accessing or using the Services you confirm that you are at least the age of majority and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you use the Services on behalf of another person (e.g., a student) or entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.

We provide student recruitment and education consultancy services including counselling, program and institution shortlisting, profile evaluation, application preparation and submission, test preparation facilitation, interview guidance, visa file preparation and scheduling, pre‑departure briefings, accommodation and insurance referrals, and related customer support. We are an advisory/intermediary and do not operate universities/colleges or immigration authorities.

• We assist with drafting and organising application materials (SOPs, resumes, forms) based on information you provide. You remain responsible for accuracy and truthfulness.
• Applications may be submitted via university portals or authorised aggregators/platforms. Their terms will also apply.
• Institutional offers, conditions, deferrals, and deadlines are set solely by each institution and may change without notice.
• Tuition deposits and university fees are payable directly to institutions unless we expressly state otherwise.

• We provide administrative guidance (forms, document checklists, appointment scheduling). We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Where local law requires, legal advice should be taken from a qualified practitioner.
• Visa outcomes are determined solely by government authorities (e.g., IRCC, UKVI, USCIS, Australian Dept. of Home Affairs, etc.). Processing times and requirements may change without notice.
• You must ensure documents are genuine, complete, and timely (including financial proofs and translations/notarisations where required).

• Our consultancy/service fees (if applicable) will be disclosed before engagement. Fees of third parties (tests, applications, courier, biometrics, visa fees, insurance, translations) are separate and payable by you.
• Prices may vary due to FX rates, platform charges, taxes, and provider policies. Any government or institutional fee changes are payable by you.
• Payments are processed by secure gateways; we do not store full card numbers. Chargeback/dispute misuse may lead to suspension of services.
• Invoices/receipts will be provided for amounts collected by us. We may receive commissions from partner institutions/providers; this does not increase your price.

Where applicable, refunds for our consultancy fees follow the engagement letter or service order shared at the time of signup. Third‑party fees (tests, applications, evaluation services, courier, visa, etc.) are governed by each provider’s policy and are typically non‑refundable once paid. Eligible refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method after receipt from the provider, net of applicable charges.

• Change/cancellation of applications, tests, or appointments is subject to platform/provider rules and timelines.
• Our service fees and administrative charges are non‑refundable except where required by law or expressly promised in writing.
• No‑show or missed deadlines may result in loss of fees/slots as per third‑party policies.

• Scholarship/financial‑aid decisions are at the sole discretion of institutions and may have separate eligibility criteria and deadlines.
• Deferrals and course changes are controlled by institutions and may affect visa timelines and conditions.

We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visa approvals. Decisions rest with institutions and government authorities. Forecasts, probability estimates, or examples are illustrative only and not promises of outcome.

• Provide complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date information; promptly inform us of changes (scores, finances, addresses).
• Comply with all laws and institutional policies; meet deadlines for tests, forms, payments, and biometrics/medical.
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials; you are responsible for activities under your account.

• You must submit only authentic documents. We may decline service or report suspected fraud where required by law.
• We provide editorial guidance on SOPs/LORs/resumes but do not fabricate content. Plagiarism or false statements may lead to rejection or bans by institutions/authorities.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited licence to use, store, and share it with institutions and authorities for application processing.

By engaging our Services, you consent to receive communications related to your case via email, phone, SMS/WhatsApp, and in‑product notifications. You may opt‑out of marketing messages at any time; transactional/critical service messages will continue as necessary.

We may use authorised third‑party platforms/aggregators for applications and may engage vetted sub‑agents or counsellors. Third‑party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their acts/omissions beyond what the law requires; however, we exercise reasonable due diligence in our selections.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in line with DPDP (India), GDPR/UK‑GDPR, and other applicable laws.

The website, content, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Udaan Gateways Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

• We follow reasonable KYC/AML, anti‑bribery, and sanctions screening practices as applicable.
• Electronic records and communications may be used as evidence to demonstrate consent and instructions (Information Technology Act, 2000, as applicable).
• Abusive behaviour, attempted bribery, or requests to misrepresent facts may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by law. Information, timelines, and fees are subject to change by third parties without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for acts/omissions of institutions, testing bodies, or government authorities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Udaan Gateways Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law, or your misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may propose amicable resolution or mediation prior to litigation.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
